Refund and Returns Policy

InsightMed Refund Policy

At InsightMed, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality mentorship and research support. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund policy to provide clarity on refund eligibility.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Mentorship Program:
    • Refund requests for the Mentorship Program can be made within 7 days of payment, provided no sessions or one-on-one guidance have been initiated.
    • Once mentorship sessions or significant support have begun, refunds will not be available.
  2. Course Fees (Online Sessions and PDFs):
    • If you are not satisfied with the course material, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, no more than 20% of the content (videos or slides) should have been accessed.
    • Once a significant portion of the course has been accessed, refunds will no longer be applicable.
  3. Zotero Mastery Course:
    • Refunds for the Zotero Mastery Course are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our support team at insight.med78@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

Exemptions:

  • Refunds are not available for services already rendered, such as completed one-on-one mentorship sessions or final manuscript reviews.
  • Special promotional or discounted offers may be non-refundable, depending on the terms of the offer.
