Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, institution or career stage, project type and stage, requested services, target journal, deadline, budget range, project measurements, free-text answers, and files you choose to upload. Basic technical information may also be recorded for security and website analytics.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to review your enquiry, clarify requirements, assess feasibility, prepare a proposed scope, timeline and quotation, communicate with you, and—only if you accept a proposal—deliver the agreed research support.
Form hosting and international processing
The enquiry form is hosted by Tally, an external form provider. Your submission and uploaded files may therefore be processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates. We use service providers only to support the enquiry workflow and expect them to protect the information they process.
Access and confidentiality
Access is limited to authorized InsightMed team members or consultants who need the information to assess or deliver the requested support and who are expected to keep it confidential. We do not sell enquiry data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and system security.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiries and files only for as long as reasonably needed to assess the request, communicate with you, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or security obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable. You may ask us to delete an enquiry, subject to any information we must retain.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a concern about how it is used. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where legally required.
Research integrity and outcomes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement and does not guarantee publication, journal acceptance, or authorship. Authorship must reflect genuine scholarly contribution and applicable journal standards.
